Plaster / Tiler / Microcement Worker

We are looking for skilled and hardworking Plaster / Tiler / Microcement Workers to join our renovation team.

This position is suitable for candidates with hands-on experience in plastering, tiling, skim coat, wall finishing, floor finishing, waterproofing, or microcement application. The worker will be responsible for carrying out renovation and surface finishing works for residential and commercial projects while ensuring good workmanship, neat finishing, and timely project completion.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Plastering Works

• Carry out wall plastering, skim coat, patching, and surface levelling.
• Repair uneven walls, cracks, holes, and damaged surfaces.
• Prepare walls and ceilings before painting, tiling, or microcement work.
• Ensure surfaces are smooth, clean, and ready for finishing.

Tiling Works

• Install floor and wall tiles according to project requirements.
• Measure, cut, align, and lay tiles accurately.
• Apply tile adhesive, grout, and finishing works properly.
• Ensure tiles are level, neat, and properly aligned.

Microcement Works

• Prepare surfaces before microcement application.
• Apply microcement on walls, floors, bathrooms, countertops, and feature areas.
• Ensure proper layering, smooth finishing, and clean workmanship.
• Carry out sealing, touch-up, and final finishing works.

Requirements

• Experience in plastering, tiling, microcement, skim coat, or renovation work is preferred.
• Able to use basic renovation and construction tools.
• Good workmanship and attention to detail.
• Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
• Able to follow supervisor instructions and project requirements.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Candidates with renovation or construction site experience will be an advantage.
