Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in coordinating KOL collaborations and content marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the entire process from influencer sourcing and outreach to negotiation, execution, and follow-up, while also supporting visual content creation and social media operations.
Key Responsibilities
KOL Recruitment & Management
- Identify, source, and engage suitable KOLs/influencers across various social media platforms such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), and TikTok.
- Conduct initial screening, negotiate collaboration terms and rates, and follow up on contracts and partnership agreements.
- Build and maintain a database of influencer contacts and partnerships.
Collaboration Coordination
- Coordinate KOL content schedules and campaign timelines.
- Prepare and manage creative briefs for influencer collaborations.
- Monitor content creation and publication progress.
- Track campaign performance and compile reports on collaboration outcomes.
Visual Content Creation
- Design social media graphics, promotional materials, event collaterals, and marketing visuals using tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Social Media Support
- Assist in managing the brand's official social media accounts.
- Support daily content posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Respond to audience inquiries and comments when required.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Compile and maintain records of KOL collaboration data.
- Monitor content performance and social media metrics.
- Prepare reports and insights to support future marketing strategies and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (required to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking KOLs and content creators).
- Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
- Familiar with major social media platforms including Instagram, Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Strong self-learning ability and capable of leveraging online tools to improve productivity and work efficiency.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant internship experience or project experience in marketing, social media, or influencer management will have an advantage.
