Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, job offer, application of Work Passes etc.

  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records

  • Handle HR administration such as filing, preparing Letter of Appointment and other HR related letters.

  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data (attendance, leaves, overtime, allowances, etc.).

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.

  • Assist in implementing employee engagement and welfare programs.

  • Support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction industry

  • Good knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.

  • Proficiency in HRIS (Prosoft) and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Meticulous, organized, and able to handle confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
