Job Description

JobDescription:

The IT Support Specialist is to provide technical support to our enterprise customers.The ideal candidate will be deployed offsite and will be on a 5-day work week schedule. He/She will be grown to lead a team if the performance is outstanding.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced support for Windows 11
  • Manage device provisioning, configuration, imaging, and deployment for Windows environments.
  • Perform break-fix support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve:
  • BitLocker / File vault encryption issues
  • BSOD/crash diagnostics
  • Administer Intune for device management  and deployment.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Handle O365 support, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting, including switches, wired/wireless connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work within a ticketing system to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

DesiredSkills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, BitLocker, and imaging tools.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing components.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and O365 administration.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.

Education:

• 1+ years of work experience with Microsoft Intune

• 1+ years of work experience with Windows
