Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SOC Manager to lead a 24/7 team of cybersecurity analysts, directing strategic, operational, and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement business strategies for SOC team formation and growth
• Lead and coordinate daily SOC team operations to ensure effective threat monitoring and response
• Manage incident response processes to promptly identify, assess, and mitigate security threats
• Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on security matters
