Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites.
  • Lead and monitor cleaning staff to ensure work is completed according to standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain cleanliness and service quality.
  • Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
  • Manage staff attendance, deployment, and work schedules.
  • Ensure adequate cleaning supplies and equipment are available.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites or teams.
  • Responsible, reliable, and service-oriented.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling are an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
