Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Train, guide, and monitor staff performance.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage staff scheduling and daily workflow.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with stock control.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.
