Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train, guide, and monitor staff performance.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage staff scheduling and daily workflow.
- Monitor inventory and assist with stock control.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of F&B supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Responsible, reliable, and a good team player.
