Loan Syndication – Junior Specialist
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Loan Syndication team.
This role is well suited for candidates who are interested in building a long-term career in corporate lending and syndicated loans. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers and senior team members to support the execution and management of syndicated loan transactions.
As part of a lean and collaborative team environment, the candidate will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of loan transactions including credit analysis, documentation review, transaction execution and post-disbursement monitoring. This role offers strong learning opportunities for individuals who are eager to develop their skills and grow within the corporate banking and syndicated loan space.

Requirements
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred
• Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related discipline
• Basic knowledge of accounting and ability to read financial statements
• Strong interest in corporate banking and syndicated loans
• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Responsible and able to manage tasks and deadlines independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Good written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of internal reports and regulatory submissions (MAS / Head Office)
• Support the management and monitoring of corporate credit facilities in accordance with the Bank's internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Assist in analysing corporate financial statements and conducting credit reviews on borrowers
• Perform KYC processes from document collection to completion
• Assist in reviewing and preparing loan and credit documentation
• Support syndicated loan transactions from execution to post-disbursement monitoring
• Coordinate with corporate clients and partner banks as part of agency or participant roles
• Request and organise credit facility related documentation from clients
• Monitor industry developments and relevant market information relating to borrowers
• Provide support to Relationship Managers and senior team members in transaction execution
• Perform other duties as assigned by Branch management
Preferred Qualifications
• Internship or prior exposure to banking, corporate finance or credit-related work would be advantageous
• Experience in credit analysis or loan documentation is a plus but not mandatory
• Fluency in Korean is preferred as the role involves handling core transactions on platforms and systems structured in Korean, as well as liaising with Head Office.
