Division Summary:
Global Markets (GM) is responsible for all secondary market trading and sales activities in Commodities and Financial Markets (FIC) across the Bank’s international footprint.
Job Purpose:
We are pleased to announce an exciting 6‑month secondment opportunity for the role of Asia FIC Business Manager, based in Singapore.
This role supports the analysis, development, and delivery of the Asia FIC strategy, including the project management of key workstreams to implement a target operating model for the expansion of Asia FIC Trading. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams across our Bank, primarily in Singapore and London.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self‑driven individual with strong project management capabilities and senior stakeholder management skills, who are comfortable working independently and influencing effectively across teams.
The secondment offers valuable exposure to senior stakeholders management, regional strategic initiatives, and cross‑functional projects within the Asia FIC business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project management tracking and following up in actions and activities
- Provide MI and project updates on progress
- Follow up on NPP’s
- Liaise with Asia and Global stakeholders
Required Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Values:
- Understanding of ICBCS FIC business model
- Knowledge of FIC products i.e. FX and Derivatives
- Project management skills
- Good cross function network
- Strong networking and Senior Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively
- Familiarity with ICBC Standard Bank’s processes/systems
- Highly motivated/self-starter who can work without supervision
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in financial services
