Senior Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• To carry out supervisory roles in day to day site activities including taking care of workers.
• Ensure that all construction work is carried out or constructed according to the approved plans and design.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintains the required quality.
• Coordinate between fellow colleagues from different departments to ensure the smooth transition of works and eliminate abortive works through regular discussions.
• Ensure proper preparation of work areas for subcontractors to carry out their works and ensure adequate materials preparation for execution.
• Keep daily site records of manpower, materials usage and works status. To coordinate with client’s supervisory staffs on a day to day activities, inspections, etc.
• Attends all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
• Monitor performance of subcontractors, evaluate the progress and manpower to ensure adequacy and adhering to schedule.
• Embraces safety and ensure all practices comply with safety regulations.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, BCSS etc highly preferred
• Min 5 years and above or more relevant experience in the construction industry
• 6 days’ work week
