Senior Project Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of major construction projects exceeding $1B in contract value.
• Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery – design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting and risk management to senior leadership.
• Actively participate in tendering and business development for future project pipelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 20 years of local/overseas construction experience in large scale civil projects (Bridges, Tunnelling, Deep Excavation, Piling)
• Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from a PEB-recognized institution
• At least 8 years as a Project Director with proven track record in full cycle delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.
