Sales Executive / Manager
Location: Woodlands, Singapore
Company Overview
A Singapore-based engineering solutions provider specialising in custom wet process equipment, automation, and engineering plastic fabrication for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing applications.
It delivers turnkey systems such as wet benches, process lines, DI water systems, scrubbers, wastewater treatment, and chemical piping using materials like PVC, PVDF, PP, PTFE, and PFA.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales opportunities within the semiconductor, electronics, precision engineering, and surface finishing industries in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Identify and acquire new customers including semiconductor fabs, OSAT companies, PCB manufacturers, plating companies, and research institutes.
- Manage existing customer accounts and build strong long-term relationships with key decision makers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements within the semiconductor and industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to generate leads.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in semiconductor equipment, industrial equipment, precision engineering, plating, or related technical industries.
- Experience in technical sales or engineering solutions sales is preferred.
- A good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, wet processing, electroplating, or industrial automation solutions is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel within Singapore and occasionally Southeast Asia for customer visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
