Youth Worker

Our Client:

• Education
• 5 days, office hours
• Multiple location
• UP $4500 Basic

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for student behavioural incidents and provide immediate intervention and de-escalation support
• Facilitate restorative conversations and conflict resolution to help students understand the impact of their actions and rebuild positive relationships
• Build rapport with students and provide proactive support to those with behavioural concerns or requiring additional guidance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of incidents, interventions, and student interactions in compliance with school policies and confidentiality requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Student Management Committee, teaching staff, counsellors, and school leaders to support student management and school discipline processes

Requirements:

• Prior experience in youth work is a MUST
• Only Singaporean may apply
