Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and service
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order management, in compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
Source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and services at competitive costs.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on material and service status, while identifying and implementing effective procurement strategies and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Recognized Degree or Diploma, preferably in Engineering, with relevant working experience.
At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in M&E, project, construction, or engineering (M&E preferred, but engineering or construction experience is acceptable).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage but not required.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills, with good problem-solving ability and able to work independently or in a fast-paced team environment.
