Job Summary

Manage and grow key accounts by building deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. You are responsible for driving revenue through proactive upselling, leading commercial tenders, and delivering technical presentations, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. By monitoring market trends and defending account positions, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy to maximize customer lifetime value and consistently exceed revenue KPIs.

Main Responsibilities

·        Own and grow key customer accounts, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention across Enetek’s core verticals:

-       Telecommunication

-       Datacenters

-       Utilities

-       Commercial & Industrial

-       Renewable Energy & BESS

-       EV Charging

•             Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring they are consistently supported, attended to, and prioritized.

•             Drive revenue expansion within existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, repeat business, and long-term partnership opportunities.

•             Build deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning Enetek as a strategic partner and solutions provider rather than only a product vendor.

•             Take ownership of account growth strategy by developing and executing plans to maximize customer lifetime value while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales KPIs and revenue targets.

•             Proactively engage customers to understand evolving operational needs, technical pain points, expansion plans, and future requirements, translating these into actionable business opportunities.

•             Deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations, strengthening customer confidence in Enetek’s solutions, engineering capabilities, and long-term value proposition.

•             Lead and manage proposals, tenders, negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract renewals to secure continuous and profitable business.

•             Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, logistics, product, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution, solution alignment, and customer satisfaction.

•             Maintain strong pipeline visibility through disciplined CRM management, forecasting accuracy, opportunity tracking, and structured sales reporting.

•             Monitor customer activity, industry developments, market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to defend and expand Enetek’s market position.

•             While managing existing accounts, actively identify, pursue, and convert new customers, projects, and markets within the telecom, datacenter, energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

•             Be a strong “hunter” with the ability to aggressively pursue new business opportunities, penetrate untapped accounts, open doors with key stakeholders, and consistently build a qualified sales pipeline.

•             Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, EPCs, system integrators, operators, distributors, and channel partners to increase market reach and project opportunities.

•             Drive specification positioning activities with consultants, end users, and project owners to ensure Enetek solutions are included at early project stages.

•             Lead commercial strategy discussions including pricing, margin optimization, contract terms, and competitive positioning to achieve sustainable profitability.

•             Take ownership of major customer escalations and commercial challenges, ensuring timely resolution while protecting long-term business relationships.

•             Support regional business expansion initiatives across strategic markets by identifying new verticals, emerging technologies, and high-growth opportunities.

•             Work closely with management on strategic account planning, market intelligence, and business development initiatives to support long-term company growth.

•             Represent Enetek professionally at all customer touchpoints, protecting the company’s reputation while continuously growing account value and customer loyalty.

•             Consistently drive and achieve assigned sales KPIs including revenue, gross profit, pipeline generation, collections, customer acquisition, and strategic account growth.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering / Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom or other relevant industrial background
    • Excellent market-driven (business development) and strategy execution capabilities
    • Strong technical presentation skills.
    • Technical knowledge of AC UPS / DC Rectifiers and batteries
    • Strong sense of ownership and the discipline to manage a large portfolio of accounts without constant supervision.
    • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across engineering, product, and operations teams
    • Willing to travel as and when needed
