Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
*Process progress billings, variation orders, and retention claims for project sites.
*Handle accounts payable for subcontractors, suppliers, and material vendors.
*Prepare and issue invoices to main contractors/clients based on project milestones.
*Reconcile project costs vs budget with site team monthly.
*Assist with GST submission and liaise with auditors.
*Maintain filing of contracts, S.O.A., delivery orders, and tax invoices
*Support Accounts Manager with cashflow reports and project costing.
*Liaise with site supervisors and quantity surveyors for payment matters.
Requirements
*Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Building/Construction Management.
*Min 2 years experience in construction accounts preferred. Fresh grads with construction internship considered.
*Proficient in Excel, Autocount accounting software.
*Understand construction terms: progress billing, retention, variation order, subcontractor claims,
*Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple project accounts.
*Willing to visit site office occasionally.
*Good communication skills for dealing with subcontractors
