Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee architectural works for assigned projects.
Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design and project requirements.
Review architectural drawings and identify any engineering or design changes.
Collaborate with architectural consultants.
Conduct inspections of site works, samples, and related activities.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in building or architectural-related studies.
Registered RTO with IES/ACES.
Preferably experienced in LTA projects.
Preferably familiar with BIM for design coordination.
Minimum 2 years of RTO-related experience.
