BIM Coordinator (Architecture - LTA Projects)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with architects and team members to develop and deliver BIM Execution Plans.
Ensure projects comply with BIM guidelines and relevant government regulatory requirements.
Manage BIM processes, implementation methods, best practices, and related tools.
Create BIM design models and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Architecture with at least 3 years of industry experience.
Minimum 3 years of BIM (Revit) project implementation experience.
At least 2–4 completed Revit projects.
Strong knowledge and experience in Autodesk Building Design Suite software, especially Revit Architecture.
Autodesk Revit Certified Professional (or equivalent certification) is required.
