πŸ“ Location: Tampines / Toa Payoh

πŸ•’ Work Hours: 5 days work week (Including 1 weekend)

(Mon-Fri 12.30pm-9.30pm, Sat or Sun 8.30am-6.30pm)

πŸ’° Salary: Up to $3,500

Our client is an education provider focused on literacy and communication through structured, high-quality programmes.

Job Scope:

  • Explain courses, education philosophy, and teaching methods to potential customers
  • Promote programmes to new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Handle phone/email enquiries and process sales transactions promptly
  • Manage administrative tasks (scheduling, inventory, logistics, and general duties)

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE β€˜A’ Levels or Diploma qualification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in enrichment centres
  • Proficient in MacBook and G Suite (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and customer service abilities
  • Professional, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team, with flexibility to be deployed across centres
