Job Responsibilities:

• Developed creative cocktail menus and beverage programmes while maintaining consistency, presentation, and brand identity.
• Led, trained, and supervised the bar team to uphold service excellence, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
• Monitored inventory, beverage costs, sales performance, and profitability while implementing strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensured compliance with alcohol regulations, hygiene, safety standards, and maintained strong guest relations to encourage repeat business.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in managing bar operations within upscale hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and team training abilities.
• Knowledgeable in cocktails, wines, inventory control, budgeting, and revenue management.
• Able to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while ensuring compliance with hygiene and alcohol regulations.
