📖 Student Care Teacher

Location: West/ Central/ Northeast

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm

*Shift rotation required during school holidays: 7am - 4pm/ 10am - 7pm

Our client is looking for a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Student Care Teacher to support students in a safe and nurturing environment.

Job Scope:

• Support and carry out daily student care routines and operations
• Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and expectations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment at all times
• Provide continuous supervision to ensure students’ well-being
• Follow the centre’s policies, procedures, and daily schedules
• Ensure the safety and security of students during care hours
• Encourage positive social interaction and support students’ emotional and behavioural development
• Be aware of students’ medical conditions, dietary needs, and special requirements
• Carry out duties and responsibilities assigned by the Centre Manager
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold classroom discipline and maintain overall cleanliness and order

Requirements

• Passion for working with children
• Responsible, patient, and nurturing personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience in student care/childcare is an advantage
