Job Scope:
- Assess patients’ functional needs and develop personalised occupational therapy plans
- Deliver interventions to improve independence in daily living activities
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapists, nurses, doctors)
- Educate and support caregivers to ensure continuity of care after discharge
- Uphold clinical quality, safety standards, and best practices
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered with AHPC (or eligible for registration)
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in Singapore
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with basic documentation systems (MS Office or EMR)

💼 Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
