Bar Manager (Hotel Pre-Opening Team)

Join an exciting new hospitality concept and play a key role in shaping the bar experience from the ground up. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead operations, drive guest experience, and build a vibrant bar culture.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Lead, train and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards
• Curate beverage offerings and contribute ideas for menu development
• Manage inventory, ordering, stock control and cost management
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle service recovery when required
• Maintain cleanliness, compliance and operational standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a Bar Manager / Assistant Bar Manager role within hotels, restaurants, bars or hospitality environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Experience in opening projects will be a plus

Salary: $6,500 - $7,000
