Our client is a reputable Singapore-based legal services firm specializing in estate planning and corporate governance, including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
They are seeking a professional and composed Receptionist and Administrative to serve as the first point of contact for clients.
Job Scope:
- Professionally receive and attend to clients and visitors
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointment logistics
- Provide administrative support to the legal team
- Maintain a professional front-office environment
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, professional environment.
📍Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm
💼Working Location: Chinatown
💰Salary: $2,500 - $2,900
