Hotel Bar Manager

Join an exciting new hospitality concept and play a key role in shaping the guest and bar experience from the ground up. Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Hotel Bar Manager to lead daily operations, drive service excellence, and build a dynamic bar culture.

Job Scope:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery
• Lead, coach, and motivate the bar team to maintain high service and hospitality standards
• Curate beverage offerings and contribute creative ideas for cocktail and menu development
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost management
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest feedback or service recovery professionally
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards
• Support pre-opening and opening operations where required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager role within hotels, restaurants, bars, or hospitality establishments
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Hands-on operational mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in pre-opening or opening projects will be an advantage
