Job Description
Our client is a growing enrichment and tuition group committed to providing a positive learning experience for students and parents. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support daily centre operations and deliver excellent front-desk service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, coordinating operations, and creating a welcoming experience for families.
Job Scope
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents and students via walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp enquiries
- Provide professional advice on courses, schedules, and programmes
- Assist with student registration, class scheduling, and enrolment arrangements
- Manage student attendance records and maintain accurate administrative documentation
- Handle payment collection and basic administrative coordination
- Support day-to-day centre operations to ensure smooth class execution
- Coordinate with teachers and internal teams on scheduling and classroom arrangements
- Build strong relationships with parents and students through responsive and customer-focused service
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level, ‘O’ Level, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or education support will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic computer systems
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Working Hours: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
Working Location: Island wide locations available
Salary: Up to $3,500
