SUPERVISOR CONSTRUCTION

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Supervise & manage construction site

Able to assume leadership role and coordinate construction team, subcons and vendors

Able to work under pressure, delivering quality work under strict deadlines

Oversee construction project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion according to work schedule

Inspect construction sites regularly, ensuring correct safety procedures

Communicate and work closely with clients, architects, engineers to ensure their needs are met

Able to solve problems and conflicts without affecting construction work progress

Maintain and organise detailed construction records, documents, reports

Able to liaise with project manager to ensure efficient workflow

Identify cost saving measures and manage expenses without affecting quality

Able to lead workers to construct according to specified drawings

Requirements:

2-5 years experience in construction industry

Construction technical knowledge

Able to work independently or a team

Meticulous and attentive to details and safety awareness

Capable of understanding Technical Drawings
