Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and friendly General Admin / Store and Customer Support Admin to join our team, supporting administrative tasks, store operations, customer service, and online marketing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks to support smooth office and store operations
  • Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries to ensure positive service experiences
  • Perform basic store support duties including inventory assistance and stock management
  • Assist with online marketing efforts by creating and posting content on social media platforms
  • Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to engage with customers and team members
  • Work independently with confidence to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal communication skills to foster good customer relations
