Job Summary

Assist and support the PRO Manager by coordinating stakeholder meetings, managing communications with LTA’s Community Partnership Manager, addressing feedback, compiling reports, and documenting meeting minutes to ensure smooth project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings with stakeholders, occupiers, and town councils to facilitate effective communication and project progress
  • Collaborate with LTA’s Community Partnership Manager to prepare and distribute circulars and notices accurately and timely
  • Address feedback and complaints promptly and tactfully to maintain positive stakeholder relations
  • Record, compile, and submit monthly reports on complaints to the Community Partnership Manager for review and action
  • Attend monthly LTA meetings and accurately take and distribute minutes to ensure clear documentation of discussions and decisions

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Proficient in written communication and bilingual language skills to support diverse stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint for preparing presentations and reports
  • Degree or Diploma qualification
