Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRT Project)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in MRT or infrastructure projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out quantity take-off and measurement works for construction projects

• Source and evaluate suppliers and sub-contractors for tendering and project execution

• Evaluate and certify sub-contractors’ progress payments

• Handle tender and project administration, including documentation and contract management

• Prepare and submit interim progress claims to the Client

• Review and advise on cost impact of variations for both subcontractors and client

• Liaise with construction teams, consultants and clients on contractual and commercial matters

• Monitor project costs and ensure proper cost control

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience for QS position

• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience for Senior QS position

• Experience in MRT or infrastructure projects is preferred

• Experience working with main contractor is an advantage

• Familiar with quantity take-off, cost analysis and contract administration

• Proficient in MS Excel and cost-related documentation

• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
