Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall construction activities to ensure project delivery in terms of quality, cost, schedule, safety and environmental requirements
• Review method statements, inspection and test plans (ITP), and construction drawings
• Coordinate construction interfaces and resolve site-related issues
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedule
• Plan, manage and coordinate manpower and site resources
• Ensure subcontractors perform works in accordance with contract requirements
• Develop and review risk assessments and mitigation measures
• Validate construction processes and documentation
• Prepare and present progress reports, monthly reports and management reports
• Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders on project matters

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction management
• Experience in infrastructure / railway / tunnel projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, sequencing and site coordination
• Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams
• Familiar with safety, quality and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
