Food from the Heart is an independent food charity established in 2003 dedicated to alleviating food in security in Singapore. We focus on providing consistent, reliable food support, ensuring vital resources reach the individuals and families who need them most.
Our islandwide outreach is run through five core programmes: the Bread Run, Community Food Pack, Community Shop, School Goodie Bag, and Market Place. These initiatives range from surplus food redistribution to community-centric models that safeguard the dignity of choice.

Job Summary:
Support the delivery of the charity’s marketing and communications efforts by creating and managing content across digital touchpoints.
This role focuses on executing social media, Electronic Newsletter, and website content that helps connect the public to the organization’s work. It is suited for someone who is proactive, hands-on, and able to turn direction into clear, engaging content in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; Xiaohongshu is a plus) .
Create and publish content that supports campaigns and highlights human stories.
Execute social media campaign content based on direction provided.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather story inputs for content creation
Adapt content for different audiences (public, corporate, donors)
Create and schedule EDM campaigns (content, layout, scheduling)
Update website content using CMS.
Design digital visual assets in line with brand guidelines.
Produce and edit short-form videos for social media and campaigns
Ensure consistency across digital content touchpoints
Liaise with vendors on campaign distribution and digital execution (e.g. social collaborations, SMS campaigns)
Support production of photography and videography (in-house and selected external support)
Track basic performance across digital channels and prepare simple monthly reports
Support ad-hoc digital and content-related requests
Support corporate-wide events when required.
Performs other related duties as assigned
