Job Description
Develop and lead the overall educationstrategy for the organisation, covering programme design, curriculumdevelopment, learner progression, and career outcomes.
Identify new programme opportunitiesbased on industry demand, workforce trends, skills gaps, and higher educationpathways.
Lead the development, review, andenhancement of academic, professional, and skills-based programmes.
Oversee curriculum structure, learningoutcomes, assessment design, teaching methodology, and learner support models.
Work with internal teams, trainers,academic partners, industry experts, and regulatory bodies to ensure programmesremain relevant and high quality.
Design and lead career mentoringframeworks to help candidates understand their career goals, learning pathways,and employability options.
Oversee career advisory services,including candidate profiling, skills gap analysis, career roadmapping,interview preparation, and job readiness support.
Monitor programme effectiveness,learner satisfaction, completion rates, assessment outcomes, and employment orcareer progression results.
Ensure proper academic governance,trainer quality, assessment integrity, and compliance with relevant educationstandards.
