Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle of the recruitmentprocess
- Develop an effective candidate pipeline
- Supports the manager in identifyingsourcing channels and implement recruitment strategies throughinternal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitmentvendors, etc
- New staff on-boarding activities
- Maintaining manpower/headcount datereport and performance for HR Manager
- Participate in job fairs and careerevents
- Review employment applications andbackground reference check report
- Prepares and maintains jobclassifications and salary scales.
- Other ad hoc recruitment Admin duties
Requirements
- Preferably Candidate with Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experiencein the related field is required for this position.
- Meticulous and able to work well as ateam
- Preferably Candidate with Knowledge of labour legislation
- Experiencewith full recruitment cycle
- Familiaritywith social media and other professional networks
- Excellent verbal and written communication
