Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Onboarding & Employee Administration

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including preparation of Letters of Appointment (LOA) and onboarding documentation.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate employee

•⁠ ⁠Prepare HR related letters and documentation.

2.⁠ ⁠Work Pass Administration

•⁠ ⁠Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with MOM, agents, and internal stakeholders on work pass matters.

3.⁠ ⁠Training & Compliance

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate training administration, including:

o Sourcing training courses and providers

o Tracking attendance and completion

•⁠ ⁠Maintain up-to-date records of mandatory training requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.

•⁠ ⁠Support training cost and training hours tracking.

4.⁠ ⁠Employee Life Cycle Management

•⁠ ⁠Provide administrative support throughout the employee life cycle, including:

o Onboarding

o Confirmation

o Internal transfers

o Salary adjustments

o Cessation

•⁠ ⁠Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.

5.⁠ ⁠HR Reporting & Support

•⁠ ⁠Assist in maintaining HR reports

•⁠ ⁠Provide general HR administrative support and respond to basic employee HR queries.
