Job Description

Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is expanding.

Join us as a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing quotations, orders, deliveries, customer communications, and administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, delivery orders, and invoices

  • Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and commissioning schedules

  • Assist in commissioning work for smart system (LTECH)

  • Liaise with customers on order updates, delivery arrangements, and product-related matters

  • Follow up on sales inquiries, order confirmations, and outstanding payments

  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment

  • Provide customers with product information and supporting documents

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, exchanges, and disputes professionally

  • Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

  • Perform administrative duties assigned by management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and supporting day-to-day operations
