SALES COORDINATOR
Job Description
Sol Luminaire, an architectural lighting studio founded in Singapore, is expanding.
Join us as a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing quotations, orders, deliveries, customer communications, and administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage quotations, delivery orders, and invoices
Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and commissioning schedules
Assist in commissioning work for smart system (LTECH)
Liaise with customers on order updates, delivery arrangements, and product-related matters
Follow up on sales inquiries, order confirmations, and outstanding payments
Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Provide customers with product information and supporting documents
Handle customer feedback, complaints, exchanges, and disputes professionally
Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
Perform administrative duties assigned by management
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and supporting day-to-day operations
