Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Construction A2 Company) (ID9237)
Location: Joo Koon
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 6pm
Salary: $4000-$6000

*Benefits:
-Annual Leave: 14 days upon confirmation, increasing by 1 day yearly up to a maximum of 18 days.
-Medical Claim: Up to $35 per clinic visit in Singapore for general illnesses only (e.g. flu, fever, diarrhea). Chronic conditions and health screenings are excluded.

Job Description
-Prepare quantity take-offs, tender documents, and evaluate tender submissions/contracts.
-Assist in contract administration, costing, valuations, variation claims, and cash flow monitoring.
-Verify subcontractor/supplier claims, prepare payment certificates, and submit monthly claims to clients.
-Attend site, consultant, and tender meetings to coordinate with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.s for permits/clearances and perform other duties assigned by management.
