Job Title: Assistant Contract Manager (A2 Construction Company) (ID4672)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.00pm
Salary: $6000-$7000

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for a proper contract administration of both the Main Contract and subcontracts including following up of receiving and making payments.
• Controlling plan, schedule and cost of the Works
• Formulate and maintain the cost control monitoring program for the project
• Drafting, reviewing and responding to the contractual correspondence
• Identify and prepare Variations and Claims reports
• Carry out all sub-contracts awards and purchasing in coordination/correlation with the Design Coordination and Construction Departments
