Quantity Surveyor (Cost Management Department) (ID6012)
Salary: $3,600 – $4,500
Location: City Hall, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Responsibilities
• Compile and verify monthly cost reports against project projections, including variance analysis with proper justification
• Study project requirements and forecast potential additional costs based on projections
• Ensure payment and cost allocations are aligned with specific work items
• Review and monitor monthly closing of POs and site cost projections
• Track and monitor site expenses across all trades
• Call for quotations from vendors/subcontractors and prepare comparison sheets
• Conduct quantity take-offs based on drawings (manual measurement or using CostX or similar software)
• Manage quotation processes for ongoing works by trade
• Track variation order (VO) lists and compute expected project profit
• Support negotiation of final accounts with vendors and subcontractors
