Junior HR assistant (Up to $2800 / Tuas)

Job Title : Junior HR assistant (ID3603)
Location : Tuas
Working Hours: 5.5 days work, Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5pm, Sat 8:30am – 12pm,( Saturday work is on a shift rotation basis, and may need to work 1–2 Saturdays per month)
Salary : $2500-$2800

Job Descriptions :
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Handle general administrative duties, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate office maintenance.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries.
