Location: Senoko
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am - 1pm
Salary: $5000-$8000 + Comm
Job Description:
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets
• Identify new market opportunities (e.g., HORECA, supermarkets, export markets)
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand
Account Management
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers (distributors, retailers, foodservice clients)
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Business Development
• Prospect and onboard new clients in wholesale and institutional segments
• Expand distribution channels and geographic reach
• Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions
Operations Coordination
• Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery
• Manage inventory planning based on sales forecasts
• Address issues related to product quality, delivery delays, or customer complaints
Team Leadership
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
Reporting & Analysis
• Track sales performance, margins, and profitability
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
• Use data to refine pricing strategies and improve sales efficiency
Work Environment
• Combination of office-based work and field visits (clients, markets, distributors)
• May require early morning visits to wet markets or processing facilities
• Occasional travel depending on territory
