Job Title: M&E project manager (ACMV) (ID3582)
Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary up to：$4000- $6000

Job Descriptions
Project Management & Planning
• Develop overall project schedules and execution plans.
• Manage project budgets, including payment claims, variation orders (VO), and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
Site Supervision & Technical Support
• Lead and supervise site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local regulations (BCA, WSH).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

Team Leadership
• Lead, guide, and mentor engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, main contractors, and consultants.
• Attend site meetings and manage project documentation and reporting.

Testing & Commissioning
• Plan and oversee testing and commissioning of ACMV systems.
• Coordinate project completion, handover, and final documentation.
