F&B Supervisor – Job Description
• Supervise daily F&B outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and coordinate service staff during daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries professionally
• Assist in introducing food and beverage products to customers
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Prepare staff duty roster and manage manpower arrangement
• Support inventory control, stock ordering and replenishment
• Ensure compliance with company SOP and safety regulations
• Handle cashiering and basic outlet reporting when required
