Job Description

• Handle sales inquiries and quotations from customers;
• Handle pre and post sales enquiries from customers;
• Enter confirmed orders into order system;
• Source for logistics shipment;
• Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipments schedules;
• Arrange and track delivery of products from overseas and local warehouse to customers’ location;
• Documentation of order archiving;
• Conduct general office administration;
• Ability to communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products
• Any other ad-Hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business Studies / Engineering
• Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in MS Excel & MS Word
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Cleanroom experience is an added advantage
