Job Description

Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
Preparation, submission, and resolution of contractual claims, final accounts finalization, and implementation of cost control measures.
Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors on quotations, pricing, and project requirements.
Prepare, submit, and monitor contractual claims in accordance with construction progress and milestone payments, while evaluating variation orders in close coordination with the construction team.
Evaluate and certify subcontractors’ progress claims and payments.
Attend project meetings to identify and capture variation claims, prepare interim valuations, and assess potential variation works.
At least 1 year of experience in quantity calculation related to carpentry works.
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers and subcontractors who are not proficient in English.
