We are looking for a Research Fellow to develop nanochannel membranes for applications in energy, environment, and healthcare. The role will focus on materials design and membrane fabrications for ion sieving.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research work according to project deliverables which involves preparing 2D materials and porous materials for nanochannel fabrication.
Comprehensive analysis of materials including density measurement, microstructure analysis and mechanical/thermal properties, etc.
Draft technical report and manuscript for publication.
Maintenance of specialized sintering equipment and coordinate procurement with external suppliers.
Job Requirements:
PhD qualification degree in membrane science, chemical engineering, materials science or related field
At least 3 years of relevant experiences in membrane separation hands-on experience
Familiarity with two-dimensional materials
Good written and oral communication skills
Competent in the ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
