We are a growing company looking to expand our team with a reliable and organised Admin Executive. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things in order, communicates well, and is looking to develop their administrative and accounting skills in a dynamic working environment. Key Information
- Location: Singapore
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Issue Delivery Orders (D.O.) and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Handle day-to-day administrative paperwork and filing
- Manage and update accounts using Xero accounting software
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone calls
- Assist with basic accounting tasks
- Support the team with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification in any field
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn Xero accounting software
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage (can be taught)
- Good communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage paperwork efficiently
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior administrative experience is a bonus
- Candidates who are able to read and write Chinese is a plus
