工作内容

我们正在招聘一名铺砖与湿作工，主要负责住宅装修项目中的地砖 / 墙砖铺设，以及与铺砖相关的基础湿作工程。

该职位需要良好的施工手艺、责任感，以及能够按照公司标准和现场指示完成工作。

工作职责

• 负责住宅项目的地砖及墙砖铺设

• 进行与铺砖相关的基础湿作工程（如找平、地面找平层、水泥批荡等）

• 瓷砖切割、对齐、填缝及收口处理

• 确保施工前基层处理到位

• 按照施工图及现场指示进行施工

• 维护施工现场整洁与安全

• 配合现场主管及其他工种

• 必要时进行小范围返工与修补

工作范围说明（重要）

• 工作范围仅限于与铺砖相关的基础湿作工程

• 不包含大型湿作、水管工程或结构工程（除非另有安排）

任职要求

• 至少 2–3 年 铺砖及湿作相关经验

• 有住宅装修经验者优先

• 能够独立完成施工工作

• 熟悉抛光砖、瓷砖及基本特色砖

• 身体健康，能适应现场工作

• 工作态度认真、守时、有责任感

薪资与收入结构（建议）

💰 合理薪资范围（新加坡市场）

方案一：日薪制（最常见）

• SGD $100 – $150 / 天（视经验而定）

方案二：项目制 / 长期合作

• 月均收入约 SGD $3,000 – $4,500+

• 技术好、稳定者可更高

👉 若是 湿作 + 铺砖都会，不要低于 $120/天，否则吸引不到好手。

Job Description

We are looking for a Tiling & Wet Works Specialist to carry out residential renovation works involving both tiling and basic wet works.

The role requires good workmanship, proper site discipline, and the ability to complete works according to company standards and site instructions. This position is suited for individuals with hands-on experience in residential renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out floor and wall tiling works for residential projects

• Perform basic wet works related to tiling, including screeding, levelling, and surface preparation

• Carry out tile cutting, alignment, grouting, and finishing

• Ensure proper substrate preparation before tiling works

• Follow layout drawings and site instructions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and safety on-site

• Rectify minor defects when required

• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades when necessary

Scope Clarification

• Scope includes basic wet works directly related to tiling

• Major wet works, plumbing, and structural works are not included unless otherwise instructed

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tiling and wet works

• Experience in residential renovation projects preferred

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Familiar with homogeneous, ceramic, and basic feature tiles

• Physically fit and comfortable with site work

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
