Job Description

We are looking for an Interior Designer who is passionate about design, responsible in execution, and comfortable managing projects from concept to completion.

You will be involved in client consultations, space planning, design development, material selection, coordination with internal teams and contractors, and site supervision to ensure design intent and quality are delivered.

This role suits someone who values design integrity, accountability, and long-term growth, not just closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential interior design projects from initial consultation to handover

• Prepare design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and material proposals

• Manage client expectations, timelines, and project coordination

• Work closely with carpentry, operations, and site teams

• Attend site visits and ensure quality, details, and workmanship

• Maintain proper documentation and updates throughout the project

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design (or equivalent)

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp (or similar design tools)

• Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)

• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently

• Strong sense of design, proportion, and materials

• Willing to learn, take feedback, and grow with the company
