SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description & Requirements

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, MTOs, and tender proposalsfor steel/metal works.

- Review contracts, drawings, and specs; manage subcontractsand variations.

- Handle monthly claims, VOs, and final accounts; ensuretimely payment and documentation.

- Track budgets, cost control, and cash flow; preparereports for management.

- Liaise with project, engineering, and procurement teams;attend client meetings.

- Other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or related field.

- Min. 5 years’ experience in steelwork QS or contractadmin.

- Strong in cost estimation, negotiation & drawinginterpretation.

- Independent, detail-oriented, and good communicationskills.

- Immediate availability preferred.
